Safeguarding & Child Protection

All of our children have a right to grow up safe from harm.

At The Grange, the health, safety and well-being of every child is our top priority. We expect all staff, governors and volunteers to share this commitment to safeguarding our pupils.

We listen to our pupils and take what they tell us seriously. All school staff are trained in child protection and safeguarding, and children are made aware of the adults they can talk to if they have any concerns.

The procedures that The Grange follows are rigorous and have been laid down by the Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children Board. We have adopted a Safeguarding Policy in line with this—for the safety of all.

The Grange has arrangements in place that clearly set out the processes and principles for sharing information with other organisations and practitioners to ensure we safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
