Our UKS2 children had an unforgettable experience at The British Motor Museum, combining hands-on learning with high-octane fun!
During the Engineering Apprentices workshop, the children became junior mechanics, changing the tyres of a Jaguar D-Type RC car before racing it around a mini track against their peers. There was so much excitement and teamwork on display as they tackled the challenge with focus and enthusiasm!
We also explored the museum’s fantastic collection, learning all about the history of British motoring and getting close to some truly iconic vehicles, including cars from Thunderbirds, Harry Potter and even James Bond!
A huge thank you to the fantastic team at the museum for making the day so engaging and inspiring. The children (and adults!) had an absolute blast!
