Tunawasikiliza wanafunzi wetu na kuchukua kwa uzito kile wanachotuambia. Wafanyakazi wote wa shule wamefunzwa kuhusu ulinzi na ulinzi wa watoto na watoto wanafahamishwa kuhusu watu wazima ambao wanaweza kuzungumza nao ikiwa wana wasiwasi wowote.
Taratibu ambazo The Grange inafuata ni kali na zimewekwa na Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children Board na tumepitisha Sera ya Ulinzi inayoambatana na hii - kwa usalama wa wote.
The Grange ina mipango ambayo imeweka wazi, taratibu na kanuni za kushiriki habari na mashirika na watendaji wengine, ili kuhakikisha tunalinda na kukuza ustawi wa watoto na vijana.
